1. Coverage

  • Garden Tools & Supplies: Includes tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, pruners, and any other gardening implements sold by Rixlor.xyz.
  • Seed Starting Equipment: Includes trays, pots, grow lights, and any related equipment for starting seeds.

2. Warranty Period

  • Composters: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Garden Tools & Supplies: 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Seed Starting Equipment: 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

3. Conditions for Warranty

To be eligible for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions.
  • The product must not have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for warranty claims.

4. What Is Covered
